“Put out into the deep” (LC 5.4), Jesus' invitation to Peter to cast his nets again to generate a miraculous catch, is the theme and common thread of the project proposal suggested by the national FISM in this year in which it celebrates the 50th anniversary of its foundation. We accepted the invitation and set out from the school which, for the occasion, is being transformed into a small town! As always, we think of boys and girls as active builders of their own knowledge, skills and autonomy: for this reason the construction of the city in the school will be their work and will be realized over time, according to their suggestions, their needs and their desires!
The school-city from which we will set off is intended as a place of relationships, sharing, creativity, discovery and learning, a place where every person who lives there - or finds themselves passing through - can feel welcomed and aware of being able to make a useful contribution to the growth and well-being of all.
Rich in this "baggage" we will "set out" to appropriate other places, other experiences, other relationships: beneficiaries and witnesses of an educational adventure of hope!
