She is the staff contact for educational and didactic planning and deals, together with the teachers, with the organization of school life and relationships with families. He presides over the teaching committees, section meetings and institute assemblies. As a pedagogical network coordinator, she filters and transfers experiences between schools, takes care of teacher training, collaborates on documentation and offers advice to teachers. Meets parents to explore aspects related to children's education and carries out section observations. Participate, together with the teachers, in meetings to plan educational and teaching activities.

They constitute a stable reference for children and families, promoting educational and didactic interventions;  they are professionally trained in accordance with current legislation, they constantly update themselves through participation in courses - proposed by the FISM pedagogical coordination and the district pedagogical coordination - which delve into issues relating to cultural, pedagogical, educational and didactic issues.

They take care of meals and support the educational staff at particular times. They are provided periodically to guarantee balanced and correct meals even for those who need personalized diets.

They take care of the hygiene of the spaces. deals with routine cleaning and, being specialized in extraordinary sanitisation, the company to which it belongs guarantees this service in case of need.

The school staff is regularly trained in safety and hygiene at work. During the year, evacuation drills are carried out with the boys and girls in the presence of the External Safety Manager Dr. Simona Sala.

All school staff are involved in the training and implementation of the first aid plan.
