On 4 September 2019, a project began with the aim of promoting outdoor education in nursery schools in our area, proposing a new way of experiencing school.
The project, promoted by Arpae and the Network of Sustainability Education Centers (RES) in collaboration with the Villa Ghigi Foundation, had as its primary objective to radically rethink, in sharing with families, the classic relationship between "inside" and "outside", enhancing school gardens as real classrooms in which to learn.
The first training meeting with the teachers was dedicated to the presentation of the project and to a reflection on the importance and meaning of outdoor education in childhood and our school, a supporter of this educational orientation for years, intervened to share reflections and experiences on the topic
