Our school is part of the FISM network of schools, spread throughout the national territory. Like all schools belonging to the FISM, the Benassi school obtained Educational Equality from the Ministry of Public Education on the basis of Law 62/2000, in 2001 with Ministerial Decree n°.488 of 02/28/2001: it is therefore part of the integrated public system made up of state and non-state schools, and is characterized by its own specific educational offer plan.
The FISM is the associative, representative and promotional body of non-state Catholic and Christian-inspired nursery schools which orient their activity towards the integral education of the child's personality, in a Christian vision of man, the world, life and education.
The FISM schools in the province of Modena constitute the largest group of non-state schools and some of them have been present in the Modena area for more than 100 years; They all have scholastic equality and, therefore, are part of the National Education System offering a public service; in some of them there is an educational service for 0-3 years.
