The school's educational staff is constantly trained to have an up-to-date professionalism: for daily practice to be pedagogically founded it needs to be nourished by continuous pedagogical reflections and exchanges.
Attached is the plan of the FISM training proposals and the plan of those designed with the district pedagogical coordination, in which the teachers will participate this year.
Both plans also indicate routes intended for families.
The outdoor education-oriented planning of our school is the result of continuous reflection that nourishes our actions.
The teachers of our school began, on Monday 26 September 2022, the training course "BIOPHILIA AND THE SWEETLY ACCIDENTAL GARDEN: FROM PERCEPTION TO THE DESIGN OF OUTDOOR SPACES" conducted by Christian Mancini.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND/IS CARE.
The teachers of our school, who have always been very attentive to educational documentation, participate in the training proposal offered by the provincial FISM, with the aim of increasingly refining their ability to describe what happens in the service, giving priority to the QUALITATIVE dimension of the experiences.
Photographing from this perspective therefore becomes an action of CARE for education which goes hand in hand with that which characterizes our educational mandate.
The photography course is held online by Dr. Paola Albini. 26 October, 9 and 16 November 2022
QUESTIONS OF POWER? WITNESSES OF A NEW EDUCATIONAL PACT IN THE COMPLEXITY OF THE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
Educational professionalism also requires useful tools to manage any traumatic experiences. This path, starting from the reading of developmental needs, accompanies the awareness of the growth and learning processes of boys and girls. By delving into the style of the educational and didactic relationship, some fundamental criteria are provided to support the educational role, useful for continuing to "inhabit" the complexity of the school experience and for weaving constructive alliances with children, colleagues and families.
WHEN LITTLE ONES THINK BIG QUESTIONS
Listening to and valuing the "big thoughts of little ones" is an aptitude that the teachers of our school have built over time and continue to nurture through practice and constant training. This training course addresses the theme of education to think, adopting a critical-reflective perspective and presenting educational and didactic tools validated in the field within the MelArete project, an ethical education project designed for nursery school children. We have traced other possible ways to enhance the thinking ability of children aged 3 to 6 years, through "thinking together" and "reflecting on experience", thanks to the perspectives and reflection tools suggested to increase awareness regarding good conversational postures capable of triggering, recognizing and promoting dynamics of thought development and co-construction of knowledge.
